Privacy policy
Last updated: May 23, 2026
Pomelo ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit withpomelo.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. If you book a call, our scheduling provider may also collect a phone number and any optional details you choose to share. We use privacy-respecting analytics that record aggregate page views and referral sources — no cross-site tracking and no advertising profiles.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to reply to your inquiry, schedule and run our conversations, send the documents and proposals you ask for, and — only if you opt in — occasional follow-up emails about your project. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted vendors to operate this site: an email delivery provider, a hosting provider, and a scheduling tool. Each only receives the data needed to perform its function and is contractually required to protect it.
Data retention
We keep contact records for as long as we have an active relationship with you, plus a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, subject to any obligation we have to retain it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
